1. Mechanical cleaning method
The mechanical cleaning method is to realize the electrode cleaning by installing a special mechanical structure on the electrode. There are currently two forms:
First, a mechanical scraper is used. The fine shaft knife is made of stainless steel and the knife is drawn out through a hollow electrode. Rotate the fine shaft from the outside and rotate the blade to the plane in the end near the electrode for decontamination. This kind of dust collector can be used manually. And automatic cleaning can also be conducted by the fine shaft driven by motor.
The other involves installing a wire brush for decontamination in a tubular electrode and wrapping the shaft with a sealed O-ring to prevent fluid leakage. This cleaning device often requires pulling a wire brush to clean the electrode, which is inconvenient to operate.
2. Electrochemical method
The metal electrode is photocatalyzed in two phase flow of carbonate. According to the principle of electrochemistry, there is the page electromagnetic field between the electric advection and two phase flow, and the page of the advection and two phase flow is caused by the existence of the electric double layer in the two colors of the advection and two phase flow. The adsorption of ions, molecules or organic ionization is abundant or insufficient in the study of electromagnetic field at the level of electric field and two phase flow page. In addition, most of the anions of organic matters are amphoteric ionic organic matters, which have an important ionization adsorption period, and there are few amphoteric ions in organic cation. Therefore, the electrode cleaning by photoelectrocatalysis only considers the adsorption of anions. The adsorption of anions is closely related to the electrode potential, and the key of adsorption is the range of potential difference of zero charge, that is, the surface layer of different charges. In the surface layer with the same charge level, when the density of residual charge is a little higher, and the rebound force of the sensor exceeds the adsorption inertia force, the anions are desorbed immediately, which is also the mechanism of the photocatalysis cleaning.
3. Ultrasonic cleaning
The ultrasonic voltage generated by the ultrasonic generator is applied to the electrode of the electromagnetic type flow meter, so that the ultrasonic energy is concentrated on the contact surface between the electrode and the medium, and the dirt is removed through the ultrasonic wave to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
4. Electric shocks
This method is used to negotiate the addition of a high voltage tower between the level line and the material every quarter, Due to the electric attachment, the surface contact resistance increases, and the added current is basically concentrated on the appendage. Large current destroys the appendage and is then washed away by the two phase flow. From the safety meeting, the electromagnetic type flow meter must be cut off by electroshock attachment, and the signal line between the controller and the frequency converter must be cut off. In case of electrical limitations, the high voltage tower should be cleaned immediately with the controller's signal output connector.
Regular electrode cleaning plays an important role in prolonging the service life of intelligent electromagnetic type flow meter. Once the electromagnetic type flow meter fails, the maintenance cost will increase. As long as it is regularly repaired under the normal use, unnecessary losses can be reduced and the value of the product can be expanded so as to reduce the maintenance cost and reject rate of the instrument.
