The radar level gauge consists of stainless steel, stainless steel lined with PTFE and plastic body. You should choose materials correctly according to medium temperature, pressure and corrosion intensity. Radar level gauge is widely used in chemical enterprises. It has the advantages of intuitive display, safety, reliability, and few faults. It is mainly used for medium level detection of various towers, tanks, spherical vessels and boilers. It makes up for the defects of poor indication clarity and easy rupture of glass plate (tube) liquid level meter, and has no blind area in the whole measurement process, clear display and large measurement range.
(1) Remove the flange of the float chamber, install the float in the upward direction of the arrow (at this time, the magnetic steel in the float is in the upper part), reinstall the flange of the float chamber, and pay attention to packing the gasket and fastening it evenly;
(2) Plug the lower flange of radar level gauge, and slowly inject clean water into the float chamber through the upper connecting flange. If the indicator has liquid level indication and is sensitive and free from jumping, the liquid level meter displays normally;
(3) If the indicator is a tracking indicator, the indicator float can be sucked up by the spare tool magnetic steel to couple it with the magnetic float in the float chamber (float indicator type) or attract the indicator from bottom to top with magnetic steel to make it indicate correctly.
Explosion-proof type:
Working pressure: less than 4Mpa; working temperature: 120℃; measuring range: 0 ~ 100 m; measuring medium density: no special requirements; default process connection: flange connection; default direction of display panel installation: front to back.
Ordinary type:
Working pressure: normal pressure below 4.0Mpa; working temperature: 80℃; measuring range: 0 ~ 100 m; measuring medium density: no special requirements; default process connection: flange connection; default direction of display panel installation: front facing back to flange.
Anticorrosive type:
Working pressure: below 4.0Mpa; working temperature: 80℃; measuring range: 0 ~ 50 m; measuring medium density: no special requirements; default process connection: flange connection; default installation direction of display panel: front facing back to flange.
